The vessel’s cylindrical body is decoratively incised all over and has a central cinch dividing it into two registers. The upper register contains a frieze of stylised floral elements (vaguely reminiscent of Phoenician palmettes) and above it a band with wave motif. The lower register contains a frieze of inverted triangles, above it a band with wave motif and below it a band with zigzagging bundles of lines. Conical tapering to foot below the area of decorative incising; a nub (centred between the handles) marks the transition on each side.  Low, round foot. Vessel attributable to the incised impasto ceramics from the Faliscan-Capenatic region. Brown impasto, in places with reddish miltos. Handle reattached. Missing piece of the rim restored.
