Naked, bearded man in an elegantly relaxed pose, his weight borne on a straight right leg. Slender body proportions. He wears a pilos helmet whose long crest trails down his back (tip preserved). Prominent eyes and facial features powerfully modelled. In his outwardly extended left hand, he probably held an offering vessel or a weapon. His right upper arm points downwards. Pronounced abdominal muscles. Beard and pilos helmet suggest an identification as Odysseus. Olive green patina. The nipples were possibly seperately attached. Left hand, right lower arm and feet are missing. Breaks on both arms show evidence of ancient repair with pins. Minor superficial flaking.
