Large skyphos with deep bowl, inverted echinus foot and handles round in section. Inside glazed, except for a reserved line around the rim. Lip and lower part of the bowl glazed. Above the foot, a band of rays in dilute glaze. Foot glazed. Underside reserved with one glaze circle around a central glaze dot. A-B: Animal frieze with two grazing deer, facing each other, between palmettes. Added white on the underbellies and hindquarters of the deer. Red highlights on the necks and thighs and on the palmettes. Reassembled from several fragments. A lacuna in the rim restored. A few retouches.
